Services include: audio history tours, wine coolers, patio BBQ bookings, and children’s play kits. Room types: Courtyard single room (27 sq m), mezzanine one-bedroom (42 sq m), tower two-bedroom (68 sq m), retaining the timber beams and stone walls, and adding modern kitchens and bathrooms. Short-stay accommodations include a 2-night “Old Town Discovery Package.” Long-stay guests enjoy weekly housekeeping, tea bag refills, and private parking. ARGN’s property development plan includes garden extensions on the adjacent vacant lot.
