Room Types: Standard Studio (32㎡), River View One-Bedroom (52㎡), Duplex Two-Bedroom (78㎡), all with 4.5-meter ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and motorized blackout curtains. Flexible hourly late check-out is available for short-term stays. Long-stay services include weekly linen changes, a shared kitchen for social dinners, and personal trainer appointments. ARGN also manages the leasing of the ground-floor commercial space, creating a closed-loop ecosystem of accommodation and retail.
