Located in London’s East End, at the Royal Victoria Dock, ARGN is developing a new 55-room modern hotel (a landmark property development project). Services include: Emirates cable car tickets, Excel trade show shuttle, 24-hour gym, and international newspapers. Room types: Standard city view room (24㎡), dock view room (32㎡), executive suite (50㎡), and accessible connecting room. Short-stay stays include a buffet breakfast and evening hot drinks. Long-stay plans include three housekeeping services per week, free laundry facilities, and access to the business center. ARGN is also operating 200 long-term rental apartments next to the hotel, creating a hybrid “short-stay + long-stay” concept.
