Room Types: Small loft (28㎡), Standard loft (37㎡), Double loft (55㎡), retaining iron pillars, high windows, and concrete floors, with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Short-stay stays are available for a minimum of one night and include two bottles of local craft beer. Long-stay guests can enjoy complimentary weekly movie nights and craft workshops. ARGN is simultaneously developing ground-floor market space.
