Services: Water bus transfer, lock tour booking, shared kitchen use, and self-service laundry. Room Types: Compact Single Room (19㎡), Water View King Room (28㎡), Dockside Family Suite (42㎡), featuring high ceilings and industrial-style chandeliers. Short-stay stays include canal cruise discount vouchers. Long-stay guests can use bicycles and lockers free of charge. ARGN is simultaneously developing a rooftop bar and observation deck on the hotel’s top floor, which is expected to open by the end of 2026.
